Detroit Diesel Series 60 is a four-stroke diesel engine with six cylinders. It was manufactured  in 1987. Originally these series had two versions of engines: the engine with volume 11.1 and 12.7. But producing of engine with volume 11.1 was stopped in 1998. Engine 12.7 became very popular in trucks.
